How not to lose yourself after pregnancy.

Becoming a mom is one of the best thing in the world. But sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves too. We tend to focus all the attention on the baby, with no time for ourselves. But you need to take care of yourself too. You have to remember to eat right and exercise too. This will help your body to feel better so you can take care of baby better. I know it can be hard to find time to do this, but it is good to do. It will help you to be healthy and strong.

It is good to try to do things that you use to do before the baby too. Things like getting a manicure or pedicure can help you to feel good about yourself. Getting a babysitter for the night to go on a date night with your husband. Things to help you feel like yourself again.  Going to the beauty salon to get your hair done, this can help you to feel good about yourself too. Doing this will help you to feel better about yourself, and help you not to lose yourself.

Taking time for yourself can be hard to do, but when  you feel better your baby will feel good too. i think all moms should take a little time everyday to do something they enjoy. It will be beneficial for both you and the baby. It is good to enjoy being with your child but doing some things for yourself too. I hope you will take care of yourself, and not lose yourself after pregnancy.
